Biography
JORGE ALOIS HEIGL was born in 1970 in Caracas, Venezuela. He began working on television at the age of 19, at the Guayana TV Channel, where he trained as a producer while graduating from the Central University of Venezuela. Before making the leap to RCTV, Venezuela’s main TV network, he worked as a producer, moderator and wrote his first scripts.
He was forced to emigrate to Austria in 2000. In Vienna he started a series of businesses and pursued writing and various creative endeavors in entertainment, choreography and stand-up comedy. In 2011 he published his first science fiction thriller, The Third Resurrection. He is a proud father of four and currently lives in Vienna.
